  • The only way to purchase a nosey mungo creation is through my online shop. New items are added together and only those on my mailing list will know when this happens.

  • I’m afraid not. To keep things fair for everyone, items are sold on a first come first served basis.

    You can create an online account to make the checkout process quicker.

  • Occasionally: I don’t promote commissions but you can always ask! It depends on what it is and how busy I am. Please note that I only do ceramics part-time and so turn-around times are slow (months). Also, prices for custom pieces are higher than for items sold in the shop.

  • Yes! I ship worldwide. Parcels are sent out from the UK via Royal Mail. International orders are sent using ‘Tracked and Signed’ if available, or ‘Tracked’ if not.

    PLEASE NOTE: Customs fees/import taxes outside of the UK are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Below is a rough guide to the expected shipping costs. The exact amount is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the item. Any overpayments in shipping costs will be refunded at the time of sending out the order.

    Europe: From £20

    Rest of world: From £32

    Orders are packaged and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within five working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Yes. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can contact me via email to arrange a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent breakages and the return shipping fee is payable by the customer.

    A lot of care is taken to make sure the item reaches you safely. If on the rare occasion an item arrives damaged, please contact me via email and I will arrange a full refund of the item and shipping costs.
